Spain is to carry out research projects, within the framework of a hosting agreement signed with a research organization, will be considered to have temporary residence and work for research purposes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section or legal person, public or private, with a main or secondary establishment in Spain, which carries out research and technological development activities and has been authorized to sign hosting agreements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-f9b1ae3 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"f9b1ae3\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"aux-parallax-section elementor-column elementor-col-100 enables foreigners residing outside Spain who have obtained the corresponding research visa to carry out a research project within the framework of a hosting agreement signed with a research organization that has been authorized for this purpose.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-7ea3485 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"7ea3485\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"aux-parallax-section data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>It will not be necessary to obtain a research visa in cases of exercise of the right to mobility by a foreign researcher after having commenced research in another Member State of the European Union. Therefore, any foreign researcher who has been admitted as such in a Member State of the European Union may continue, in Spain, the development of the initial research project there, for a period of up to three months.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edb1e5f elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"edb1e5f\"
